Stage 1 · Consultation
What you want and what your hair allows.
Four services, all with the safety checks done before anything starts.
Bring the photograph — it tells us what you like. Then we will say honestly whether your hair texture, density and growth pattern can do that, and what will get closest. That conversation is the difference between a cut you enjoy and an awkward month.
What you want and what your hair allows.
Length and shape settled before cutting.
Checked with you as we go.
How to keep it, and when to return.
At least 48 hours beforehand.
Previous colour, henna, bleach.
One visit, or several.
What to use and what to avoid.
We will also be honest about what colour can do in one appointment. Going several shades lighter on previously dyed hair is a process over sittings, not a single visit, and a salon promising it in one go is either guessing or about to damage your hair.
Retinoids, acids and recent peels make skin lift during waxing and change how a facial should be done, so we ask what you are using. A facial is cosmetic: it cannot treat acne, rosacea or eczema, and we will say so and point you to a pharmacist or doctor instead of selling a course.
Retinoids and acids matter.
For any lash or brow tint.
To tolerance, not to intensity.
Medical conditions referred out.
Not the whole shelf.
Full list, on request.
Checked against the label.
Including buying nothing.
We stock what we actually use in the salon and we will show you the full ingredient list rather than the marketing claim. If you have reacted to something before, tell us the ingredient and we will check it for you before you buy.
Book a free consultation and patch test. The colour appointment follows 48 hours later.
